SEXE CULT - W// Mandy Moore-hol AKA vivian v (no longer a predator)// POP CULT 2
That reminds me I should do a Mandy Moore deep dive. All hose Britney Spears wannabes round that time. Jojo, Jessica Simpson, Ashley Simpson. Oh and Im going to do my top 5 fave SNL performances. God why are they so epic? Pop cult fun.
I have given up on trying to upload video’s on here with my (as good as) dial up speed mobile broadband internet fuck. So, that is the link that will (fingers crossed) bring you to the first SEXE CULT video deep dive Is Taylor Swift Evil?, my popular culture report and opinion and the want of yours in return.
This is the link to the VLOG, Is Taylor Swift Evil? For you. You might have to press play AND copy and paste into your browser, lol. It’s going to take you to my Canvas. You might not have to press play. haha. I have NO IDEA. There are captions available, I tend to mumble I’m not a channel V presenter and I don’t want to be if channel V was still an actual thing, lol. It plays by itself from page 2. It’s like an autoplay-ish PowerPoint presentation. lol
IS TAYLOR SWIFT EVIL?

I am also admittedly giving pop culture its own section of my substack, so Swift doesn’t spill over onto my more political posts as much anymore and if you are into pop culture you can come to this section and revel with me in all things POPULAR, and if not stick with me at the Predator Podcast for more dangerous ideas.
I read a “dangerous ideas” article about how trigger warnings are actually really detrimental to readers and shouldn’t be displayed, and I agree. When it comes to essays and videos, it could potentially scare a person off who would have maybe got a lot out of the work had they not been scared off by a trigger warning that might be exaggerating the use of the trigger and in context to the perspective of the article, making it the trigger warning a unnecessary throw off.
So, I’m done with them.
THIS IS SEXE CULT
AND THIS ARTICLE IS ABOUT
POPULAR CULTURE, WHY GIVE A FUCK?
Yes you should give a fuck because how do you expect to understand the world around you if you have never heard imagine by John Lennon and Yoko Ono? How do you expect to understand why people do what they do and why, and to make sure you are aware of alien behaviours you don’t want to be exposed to if you don’t understand why Hello Kitty is a household name transcending generations.
Trends come and go and this is why popular culture seems fickle, but what you will find if you take a look at these trends, eventually they will form a normal curve. Why is it important to understand the normal curve of popular culture? Because if we can see the normal curve of popular trends today, we can then also see the black swan possibilities within these statistics. Also known as the black swans aka the improbable events or also the dark weird corners of popular culture.
Why are the dark corners of popular culture important to notice and narrow down?
Well, if you were someone who wanted to do something secretly without many people noticing, where would you be conducting this something? Yes, the dark corners of popular culture. To know the society you live in, significantly, you must understand popular culture. Not to mention, it is extremely important to know that you are understanding the trends that the majority are indulging in, to understand your own needs and your own desires, what you value and what you like. Knowing yourself is one of the most important things in life, of course.
Know yourself, and know your shadow, it needs you as much as you need it
Popular culture also will give you perspective as to what is actually going on in this world.
This is because, the most important things going on, are going to be going on in the 5% of the normal curve of any given popular culture. This 5% is going to produce questions for you to ask the relevant popular figures, and this will produce for you USEFUL INFORMATION.
This is why popular culture has always fascinated me. I always wonder what’s hiding behind it. Now, I'm going to make a pretty bold prediction right now and say there is never a major trend in popular culture that doesn’t have a darker shadow that is much more interesting lurking behind it. But this shadow can only be understood if popular culture itself is deeply understood also, and the popular opinion of these current trends.
This is why I think learning about Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber is fascinating, besides the fact that they are all shiney and gold on the outside. Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwyn, his wife, are a hot couple, but who are they? Why did they end up together? How did they end up in the position they are in? (Oh black swan) Puff Daddy may have raped a 15-year-old Bieber, like he knowingly did a young Usher also. Oh, Usher, signed Bieber to his label when Bieber was 14.
Do you see where this could possibly be going?
So, now we are focussing in on a dark culture of the popular trend that is Justin and Hailey Bieber.
Who does Puffy Daddy affiliate with? That is a path that could lead us to potentially saving many teens from being raped by a certain group of people potentially associated with Puff Daddy.
And that just kills me because I really love Puff Daddy, and it would kill me if it comes out as true. But without being interested in popular culture, I wouldn’t even be asking this question, because the mainstream media isn’t reporting on it. By looking at the normal curve, I'm able to open up this discussion, and discussion is a very powerful tool for the people to engage in. Which they tend to engage in meaningfully, very little.
Why was Andy Warhol so interested in popular culture? Why was popular culture Andy Warhol's main muse? The beautiful thing about Andy Warhol is he does love the dark shadows of popular culture, or the “nothingness” of it. He is also able to admire it and have fun with it at the same time. But he is never unaware of the darkness that lurks behind it, but he is also aware of the love and meaning that also comes from it at the same time. His multi-faceted perspective of poplar culture made Andy Warhol a dangerous person. His art, the way he behaved in interviews, his muses, all would stir questions to be asked by the people, not previously asked like: Why a well known can of soup?
Why is this a dangerous question?
The same reason asking who Justin Bieber is also. Popular culture deep dives lead to some of the most fascinating discoveries about human nature, then potentially any other facet of society.
When you are looking for the right questions to ask in this world, always look in the most obvious places first. Why has Hello Kitty transcended generations as a household name? Take some notice of this popular trend and who knows what you may find.
So in short, popular culture is you, it's me, and it's the right questions we should be asking.
And that's why we should give a fuck.
