Seriously I think Donatella is one of those Medusa tattoo guys who has no idea the actual story of Medusa because really, Medusa’s story is an allegory that tells the tale of female slavery to men forevermore and the femme-hate/female rage that produces……..No one wants to embody that lol. But DONATELLA DOES!
Donatella Versace is in my top 5 favourite women alive. She has been on that list for a very long time and she ain’t going anywhere. She is a freak, and I am a freak and this is my bond with D.Versace. Not only is she a freak because that’s not so unique, there are many freaks in the world but she is a freak who owns being one, and even desires to be more of one, not less like most freaks. Most freaks have freak shame. Not Donatella and not I. But I can only strive to arrive at the freak pride Donatella seems to rise to, she is an inspiration.
I also really like Versace the brand lol but Donatella is the real selling point for me (and the lounges and pillows, in which I have taken many from the Versace Palazzo…..and dinnerware…...and did a great escort photo shoot in their hallways with this brilliant purple carpet. BLISS. They were nice at the palazzo they were letting us do this crazy mostly naked shoot all over the joint and never told us to stop and me and Elvis. (My photographer come boss when I interned for him come my counsellor when he was practising being one lol…..? Idk).
Donatella the Medusa of this generation…...I guess lol.
