Let's get SERIOUS

This is how you plan a narrative with ADHD. ha. I thought today I could take you through my process of how I think I’m going to first work out what narrative to use that is missing from my novella. And how I would plan it and tbh I do fuck around alot, but it’s more of a casual podcast today. However, I actually gained a lot of confidence and clarity from this planning session and feel a lot more in control now than I have in months!

I haven’t touched the Predator novella in months and I thought I would be done with it AGES ago. But now with this new method of writiing it trialled and worked! And using Substack as a good excuse to get it done, in a fun way, not just locked up alone in my dark south yarra apartment with my cat….lol. PAINT A PICTURE FORYOU!! ?? ………ha nice.

The first thing I read on here at the beginnin of the VODCAST is my first plan for the novella, which is just me vomiting out every concept I needed to deal with in it and that was literally all I needed to do to get the confidence to start writing it. It doesn’t always have to be so completely formal. It’s just got to promote insight & clarity by the end and also confidence helps.

I think I literally cover all those things so far. So I will go through all the chapters and try to do the super annoying task of inserting a narrative into a already written text, it might require me re-writing some chapters in full or maybe it doesn’t have to be so intense. I need to let go of control and let the story that inspirted this novella in the first place to take over and be true to that……….It’s easy to lose sight of.
